This project involves the construction of a five-story apartment building to provide small housing options for more residents. The building comprises 12 apartment units that are suitable for families of varying sizes. The top floor incorporates duplex apartments with terraces, while the back yard is designed as a communal garden. The building is carefully planned to reduce its impact on the surroundings and satisfies the needs for privacy, views, and sunlight.
