WDA Studio

The client's brief was to create a three-story residential dwelling on a sloping site with a sea view. The architectural design focuses on maximizing the use of the sea view with large glazing on the north face of the building. The building features a simplified form and a mix of contrasting materials and textures, with the garage located on the middle floor for ease of vehicle access. The balconies provide seamless indoor and outdoor living spaces connection, adding to the sense of spaciousness and comfort. The design also takes into consideration privacy and the shared driveway with three other lots.
